Eric Moran is a Joint Targeting and Long Range Precision Fires expert and retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 5 with over 30 years of experience in global operations and Army Acquisition. He has led planning and execution of joint, coalition, and partner-nation operations and exercises across the European and Indo-Pacific theaters, strengthening interoperability with allies such as Japan, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, and Taiwan. Leveraging new technologies to seek greater efficiencies has been an integral part of my journey focusing on SBIR/STTR pipeline development, overseeing all aspects of federal capture, proposal strategy, and early-stage funding acquisition. The goal is to drive rapid prototyping of emerging capabilities and advanced technologies that allow our Army to deter any adversary and when required, fight and win.
